In this picture they are providing combat health on a field exercise. The members of the 8th Close Health Company (or 8CHC for short) are based in Darwin and Adelaide. 

Kelly said she was very privileged to command them all and praised them for their ability to deliver quality health care in challenging conditions.

The vehicle is called a Protected Mobility Vehicle – Ambulance variant (or PMV-A for short).
